Self survey - these answers relate to potential for bullying

This is not about bad people but situations that can lead to bulling behaviours - over-talking  interrupting, not valuing - be honest in your appraisal - give us a buzz if you have any degree of concern!

I have experienced people behaving predictably                   These may not look

Sometimes people seem to go along with the mass                 like bullying BUT
Sometimes there is a lack of depth to problem solving             they are not heard

There can be frustrations in the team with others behaviours     you don't benefit

It is possible that the same people will participate whilst others hold back

It wouId be useful if various views could be considered more effectively

Sometimes people may feel constrained in putting their view forward

There maybe some put downs - disconnecting - behaviours in the group

It is possible that some views are not heard or given enough weight
